How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24–48 working hours. Delivery takes 5–7 working days across most of India, and 6–10 working days for remote areas, North East and J&K.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on every order across India, prepaid or Cash on Delivery. There is no minimum order value.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, with no extra charge. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed trousers with tags within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are free; returns for a refund carry a ₹99 reverse pickup charge. Refunds are processed in 5–10 working days after quality check.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — free within 10 hours of placing it. After dispatch, please use the return process instead.
How do I find my size?
Our sizes follow your waist in inches, from 28 to 40. Every product page has a size guide, or WhatsApp us your usual size and we will help.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice from Hayyan Creation comes with every order. For a business GSTIN on the invoice, send it to us before dispatch.
