This Privacy Policy explains how Azra Bee, sole proprietor of Hayyan Creation, operating the online store fhuzana.com (“Fhuzana”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our website, place an order, or contact us.

• Order and delivery details — name, shipping and billing address, PIN code, mobile number and email address.
• Account details — if you create an account, your login email and password (stored in encrypted form).

We send promotional email, SMS or WhatsApp messages only to people who have opted in. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to marketing WhatsApp or SMS messages. Order-related messages are transactional and continue while you have an active order with us.

We use HTTPS encryption across the site, restrict access to order data to authorised people, and rely on payment gateways that meet industry security standards.
