Changed your mind? You can cancel your Fhuzana order free of charge if you do it quickly. This page explains when and how.

• WhatsApp or call us at +91 63761 95877, or email support@fhuzana.com, with your order number and registered mobile number.
• You will receive a cancellation confirmation on email or WhatsApp.

3. Refund for cancelled orders

• Prepaid orders: full refund to the original payment method, UPI ID or bank account — as you choose — within 5–10 working days of cancellation.
• Cash on Delivery orders: nothing has been paid, so no refund is needed.
• We share a refund reference number once processed. Bank posting times may add a few days.

4. Cancellation after dispatch

Once your parcel is with the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You can either refuse the delivery or accept it and raise a return within 7 days. For prepaid orders refused at the doorstep, the order value is refunded after the parcel reaches us, and actual to-and-fro shipping may be deducted. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your number or address.

5. Cancellation by Fhuzana

We may cancel an order ourselves if:

• The size or colour is out of stock.
• There was a pricing or listing error.
• Your PIN code is not serviceable.
• We could not confirm a Cash on Delivery order after reasonable attempts.
• We suspect a fraudulent or fake order.

In all such cases we inform you, and any amount paid is refunded in full within 5–10 working days.
