These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fhuzana.com and any purchase you make on it. The website is owned and operated by Azra Bee, sole proprietor of Hayyan Creation, Jaipur, Rajasthan (“Fhuzana”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate name, address, phone and email details.

3. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Products, sizes and colours

• We make every effort to show product colours, fabric and fit accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
• Sizes follow waist measurement in inches (28 to 40). Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
• Product descriptions, features and images are for general information. Minor variations in stitching or fabric texture are natural in garments.

5. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. MRP and selling price are shown on each product page.
• Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We accept UPI, debit / credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or UPI details.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

6. Order acceptance

An order confirmation email or SMS means we have received your order — not that it has been accepted. The contract is formed when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, an unserviceable PIN code, failed COD confirmation or suspected fraud. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

7. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Coupons and offers

Coupons and offers are valid for the period and conditions stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated. We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

9. Intellectual property and trademark

• The name and logo “FHUZANA” are the brand of Hayyan Creation. An application to register the trademark FHUZANA has been filed with the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India — Application No. 7767541, Class 25 (readymade garments and clothing, including menswear), filed on 03 June 2026 in the name of Azra Bee, proprietor of Hayyan Creation.
• All content on this website — logo, product photos, designs, text and graphics — belongs to Hayyan Creation or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Selling products under the Fhuzana name, or using our product photos to sell other products, is not permitted and may lead to legal action.

10. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is genuine and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, abusive, off-topic or unlawful.

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site — including placing fake orders, repeatedly refusing COD deliveries, attempting to hack or overload the site, scraping content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Third-party services

We use third-party services for payments, delivery, messaging and analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

14. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any complaint through our Grievance Officer. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
