What your order status means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | Payment not completed yet. Prepaid orders stay here until the payment is confirmed. |
| On hold | Cash on Delivery order waiting for confirmation. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm. |
| Processing | Order confirmed. We are packing it — dispatch within 24–48 working hours. |
| Completed | Handed to the courier. Tracking link sent on email, SMS or WhatsApp. Your 7-day return / exchange window starts from the date of delivery. |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled by you or by us. Any amount paid is refunded within 5–10 working days. |
| Refunded | Refund processed. Bank posting may take a few more days. |
Delivery timelines
- Dispatch within 24–48 working hours of order confirmation.
- Delivery in 5–7 working days for most of India; 6–10 working days for remote areas, North East and J&K.
- Tracking goes live within 24 hours of dispatch.

Tracking not updating?
If tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, or the courier marked it delivered but you have not received it, message us with your Order ID and we will chase the courier right away.
