We want every pair to fit right. If the size or the fabric isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. This page explains exactly how it works.

1. Return window

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Requests raised after 7 days cannot be accepted.
• For a damaged, defective or wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.

2. What can and cannot be returned

Eligible for return or exchange

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered trousers with all original tags attached.
• Items returned in their original packaging, free of stains, perfume, deodorant marks or odour.
• Wrong item delivered, wrong size sent, or a manufacturing defect.
• Item damaged in transit, reported within 48 hours with photos.

Not eligible for return

• Trousers that have been worn, washed, altered (including length alteration or hemming), stained or damaged after delivery, or are missing tags.
• Items marked “Non-returnable” or “Final sale” on the product page.
• Items returned without original packaging or with parts missing.
• Free gifts and complimentary items received with an order.
• Requests raised after the 7-day window.

Minor variation in colour shade between screens and the actual fabric is natural in apparel and is not treated as a defect. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — a size mismatch is handled as an exchange, not a defect.

3. How to raise a return or exchange

1. Go to My Account → Orders, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 63761 95877 with your order number.
2. Tell us which item you want to return or exchange and the reason. For a damaged or wrong item, share clear photos or the unboxing video.
3. Confirm your pickup address.
4. We review the request, usually within 24–48 working hours, and confirm it over email or WhatsApp.
5. Our courier partner picks up the item from your address, generally within 2–4 working days of approval.

4. Pickup and self-shipping

• Exchanges are free — there is no pickup or re-shipping charge for a size or colour exchange.
• Returns for a refund carry a reverse pickup charge of ₹99, deducted from your refund amount.
• Reverse pickup is completely free where the return is due to our error — wrong, damaged or defective item.
• If your PIN code is not serviceable for pickup, we will ask you to self-ship the item to our Jaipur address. Share the courier receipt and we will reimburse actual shipping costs up to ₹100 for genuine cases.
• Hand over the item in its original packaging, with tags and invoice, and only after a pickup confirmation from us.

5. Quality check

Every returned item is checked once it reaches us. If it does not meet the conditions in section 2, we will inform you and ship it back to you. In that case no refund is issued, and return shipping is borne by you. We may keep photographic records of failed quality checks.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same trouser, subject to stock.
• The replacement is dispatched after the original item is picked up and passes quality check.
• Only one exchange is allowed per item. If the replacement also doesn’t fit, you may return it for a refund within 7 days of receiving it.
• If the size or colour you want is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or a store credit, whichever you prefer.
• Exchange for a different product altogether (for example formal to casual) is not supported — please return and place a fresh order.

7. Refunds

• The refund clock starts after the returned item passes quality check, not from the pickup date.
• Once we process a refund we share a reference number. Bank or gateway posting times are outside our control and may add a few days.
• For returns, the refund amount is the price paid minus the ₹99 reverse pickup charge. If the return is due to our error, you get the full amount back.

8. Returns on discounted orders

• Items bought on sale or with a coupon are refunded at the price actually paid, not the MRP.
• If you return part of an order and the remaining value falls below a coupon’s minimum spend, the discount is recalculated on the items you keep.
• For combo or buy-more-save-more offers, all items in the offer must be returned together for a full refund.

9. Order cancellation

You can cancel free of charge within 10 hours of placing the order. After that, or once the parcel is with the courier, please use the return process. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.

10. Misuse of this policy

We may refuse returns, disable Cash on Delivery, or restrict an account where we see a pattern of misuse — such as returning worn items, returning a different product than the one shipped, or an unusually high rate of refused deliveries. We will always tell you the reason.

11. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. If an item is defective or not as described, you remain entitled to the remedies available under Indian law.
